I have been a little remiss here at tbn as work and this have gotten in the way. Honestly with Covid and all the crazy costs this shop is not emotionally as pleasing as I hoped. Maybe once we have the electrical is finalized it will be better. But still finally concrete and a dry place in the winter. Can’t complain.

What is the overall size... it looks to be very big?

Any issues with county and the build?

Costs in line with budget?

3200 (45x72). There is an upstairs that will add 1200sq feet. We budgeted 110k 3years ago. Life happened and triggers got pulled in sept. We are broaching 160 and it continues to drag on. County was ok. The building is cold formed so they had no clue on the building but spent 3 days dragging me over the coals on the downspout drain field.

With that kind of space in a beautiful setting the possibilities are endless...

Well Done
