Well, getting a M101 3/4 ton trailer

I already tied in a 7 pin connector to the wiring harness. The 24v lights work, just dim. I am thinking of getting the hinges reworked to be able to dump the trailer.

Changing to 12v bulbs will make them bright. It's simple and cheap. And then you still have the mil lights instead of some plastic junk lights.

M1011 or M101 military trailers
I am thinking of purchasing one of these off of gov liquidations. Kind of confused about the condition codes however. All I see are h and f, and the description of both codes sounds bad but the pictures look good. I am not close enough to do an inspection. Has anyone bought anything off there and how was it?
Also, what is the difference in the height of the beds between the M1101 and M101a3? What is difference in pintle height? I have a Ram 1500 with a Hemi so I should be able to pull either with ease.
