oosik why not make a box and load it with sand,
rocks, or cement that should be plenty of weight
for what you need.

Just curious - my understanding is even if you file for an extension, you still have to pay whatever taxes are due by 4/15.

How can you know what is due without completing the return?

Seems like a catch 22.

Or, are you fairly certain you will be getting a refund?
When you do file, if you owe more, you pay that plus interest. If you didn't file for an exemption, pile a penalty onto that.

If you get a refund, you just get that, the IRS doesn't pay you interest.
