Front-End Loader westendorf loader on a 1220 ford tractor

Hi this is my first time on this site. hope you can help
I have a ford 1220 tractor with a mid mower deck I am thinking of buying a front end loader.
I am looking at a TA-55 package by westendorf can you tell me the pro's and con's with a loader
do i have to load my rear tires? they say i can lift 800 pounds do i need 800 pounds behind my tractor?

Does any one have a loader that will fit a ford 1220 tractor for sale?
