Westendorf TA111A on 1725

I found a Westendorf TA111A for sale at a good price, came off a John Deer 850, question is would it work on my 1725 New Holland, I figure I would need the mounting brackets for the 1725, but the question is is this a good unit for moving dirt, gravel and snow for the 1725, I do have turf tires on it now.

What is it? Sounds like a FEL, but I have no clue. Do you have a manual with it? How do the capabilities compare to the NH equivalent? Since it was on an 850, compare your NH to the 850. If they are about the same, it will probably be a decent match.

The TA111 FEL is sold for the JD850 and the NH1725. Have you
asked Westendorf about the different subframes? It is rated
at 1400# lift.

Anyway, if snow removal is your main use, and you have turf
tires, I imagine you will need chains. Otherwise, Westendorf has
a good rep and since they make a subframe for your tractor, it
is likely a good match.

Thanks for responding. I called Westendorf and found the brackets that I would need. The TA means a wider mount designed for the 850, found out the 140 is the preferred FEL, but since I didn't find one of those on sale you get what you can. The Westendorf product selection by tractor gets real specific about how the tractor is optioned. Seemed like good support people.
