I've cut away to rotten 2x4 and 2x6 that once were nailed to the pole, all the way to the top. Vacuumed up as many of the bugs I could find and heavily sprayed chemicals. Letting it dry out till this weekend so I can asses the damage to pole better. Any ideas feel free to share :)

Looks like the PT poles are OK. The framing wood needs to be replace. The framing just holds up the side sheet steel and insulation. What are the roof trusses like? There is a lot of water damage dry rot. You need to first stop the leaks.

What needs to be spliced? The poles?
