Slighty error on the New Hollands. Should be: TZ18DA and TZ24DA
Just trying to keep the record correct /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

There is one other subcompact out there, one I've never seen mentioned on TBN. McCormick makes a sub, the G25. There are actually two models, the G25 standard, and the G25 TOP. The TOP version is available with a loader, the standard version is not. The engine is a 21 hp Kubota, but I believe the rest of the tractor is manufactured in Italy, by Valpadana (an ARGO company, like McCormick). As such, the styling might be considered "unconventional", by U.S. standards anyway, with a boxy, squared-off front end.

The McCormick weighs in at 1367# and is 98" long overall, which is fairly close to the other SUB's out there, but it has a pretty short wheelbase, at 40". It doesn't have a flat deck design like the other SUBs, but it does have one advantage (depending on how you look at it) over the competition... the 60" mower mounts on the front.

It might be just the ticket for someone trying to decide between a subcompact and a Powertrac/Steiner/Ventrac type machine.
