Although I haven't done it yet, I was going to build a gooseneck ball hitch that I could install on these brackets for moving a trailer around. I've already got a grapple solution.

I have the same kind of bucket. I painted mine blue, but that doesnt matter. These brackets are used for the quick attach. The holes are cut off and the rest is used to weld on the receiver part. That's what mine looks like anyway...

Osconda be sure to post a pic of that when you build it sounds like it would work mint for that. pivot a little and all /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Those look like the points on my grapple frame where a long 3/8 or 9/16 steel rod runs. The grapple pivots on the rod with the cylinder being anchored at a similar fixed point on the mounting frame.

I don't think you want to stick anything in those holes with your current setup. I don't know what they're for, but I think you'll find that if you curl the bucket all the way up, those holes are actually behind the edge of the loader arm.

A C shaped piece would be able to pivot over the bucket from there, but I don't know where you'd mount the anchor for the cylinder. Either way, you'll need to be adding something. They could work as anchor points, I think, depending on the layout of what you add. A grapple running on 3 cylinders would have some serious closing power.
