I have the same bucket.Currently no access to welder. I placed two large bolts through the brackets on mine secured with nuts and lock washers. I run the chains through them for lifting things.Only ill affect is the chains scratch the upper bucket surface when curled back. No big deal to me, scratches are a normality with tractors. I`m concidering connecting chain hooks to heavy chain swivels then placeing them on the bolts on top of the bucket. I`ve did a lot of heavy lifting and so far working well.
