:thumbsup: I feel like the Grinch, Scrooge, and Snoopy's Red Baron combined. I put up a tree last night, then placed Ruger's treats from a friend's cat and my new reloading set under it. It's after noontime and I haven't talked to anybody since leaving the grocery store yesterday at about this time. Christmas dinner is on the stove... I'm heating leftover American chop suey from last night's supper.

It doesn't bother me a bit.

We had 12" of light powder last night. Driveway and cars are cleared off. The sun is out. Nice crisp 20F outside. Prime ribs are in the oven. Everyone is safe and healthy for the moment. Don't want much more than that for Christmas.

What I want for this Christmas is an end to this Covid fiasco.

A Mate of mine from Brisbane (he'll be visiting me at the end of the month for a fortnight) gave me a pair (set?) of "Red Kap" bib overalls.

I don't know if it's a 'joke' gift or practical, as no one (that I know of, anyways) in Australia wears them. He had to have ordered them on-line from the US.

They're the right size, although I've yet to wash them and try them on. :confused3:

They actually did fit, although it took a wee bit of adjusting. I wore them for a couple of days worth of wood stacking (with a long-sleeved t-shirt). I haven't had them on since.

No laughing neighbours though... they reserve that for when I wear my old Navy 'Anti-flash' hood & gloves when debris/barrel burning. They say that I look like an Ewok.
