What attachment to move pallet of bricks?

redstatedog's original post stated his tractor doesn't have the power to lift the pallets, so no impliments suggested thus far are going to help.
There's going to be manual labor involved, unless redstatedog can take advantage of Ford850's suggestion.
Even adding some type of wheels would still require lifting the pallets.

Looks like CurleyDave or gtosvx have the best ideas.

Now, if the property is pretty flat, redstatedog could rent a forklift for a day...but that's going to be $$$$.

I would get some more pallets and invest in a set of brick tongs. You can use them to move 8 or 10 bricks at a time and they make it fairly easy to load from one pallet to another.

I would say the chances of finding one of those for rent is probably zero
And I sincerely doubt that even if you found one it would lift those heavy pallets mounted on a small tractor. Just look at that reach.

Thanks to all for the very thoughtful and helpful responses. I seems the most practical solution for me is to reduce each pallet by half and then move them.A little more work perhaps but not too big a deal. Then my 20 hp JD 4100 with my 3-pt KK pallet mover ought to be able to handle the loads. If not, I will simply reduce each pallet further until I reach the optimal moving weight.
These pallets are really not so much excess as they are additional material for a second phase of a project to commence later this summer. Currrently they are just out of place and need to be relocated for future use.

If you put them on "right size pallets" as you are saying the obvious long term benefit is thaqt each time you need to move them it becomes trivial. Can you imagine if you moved them by hand and had to restack them each time. Kinda tiring I would expect

Might not get too many friends to help the second and third time either...

Thatll work. If I had answers to my questions I would have a better idea whether my thots might present a good alternative possibility of success.

I break the pallet apart into individual sections that are still banded together.
I have an EZmover on a drawbar. by bolting a couple short pieces of 2x4's onto the drawbar at the right distance for the fork holes in the stack of bricks, I just pick them up with the 3 pt hitch.
You can move them pretty easy this way, as long as the sections are still banded.

How much do you want to spend and how soon does it need to be done. You can get a skidsteer type quick mount attachment that works off 3-pt lift, which would increase lift capacity.

After reading this and having a similar problem when doing some brick paver work I came up with this idea let me know what you think. Its a little hard to explain but I will do my best. Picture a set of fork extensions at the far end you would have a notch in the tube or some type of bracket that would allow you to quickly attach and detach some type of small wheel (like on a hand cart) So the operation would go something like this slip so called fork extensions over your bucket forks or 3 pt mounted forks drive them through the pallet. Pin on the wheels on drive the tractor back out of the extensions 3/4 of the way and lift. That way you are only lifting a portion of the weight and the tires are carrying the rest of the weight. Then you could drive them around, of course you could not stack them this way but for someone who needs to move around heavy pallets from time to time it might work or I could be just be nuts. I think I will add these to my to build list witch keeps getting longer and longer.
