I like the one in the first picture best. I'm sure amazed at what they've done with the wheels and all. I've never used one of the rotaries, so can't comment. Spike tooth or spring tooth harrows do a pretty good job of smoothing AFTER you've plowed. The chain type do a good job of renovating pasture. Before you buy anything mow and get a good look at how rough the ground is. You can pick up the harrow in the first picture with a boom and winch, obviating the need for all that frame work in the last photo. And you don't want to spend money for fancy stuff that is just gonna sit in the shed after the lawn is in place.
