Thanks guys. It's an interesting piece of land. Several acres of high land, then another few acres of marsh and then 1/2 acre of an island in between the main high land and the water. So there is a walkway we've built over the marsh to the island and the deep water dock is going off the other side of the island. The island section is going to be mainly grass, palm trees and live oaks. The area on the island is thin and long. The setback from the critical lines have to be at least 50 feet so I might can build a half-way house type thing but it will be very small. The house goes on the main high land. It was cleared last year and part of it has grass but the back half is dirt.
So in the attached photos you will see towards the mainland from the walkway between island and mainland. Then a reverse shot from the same spot towards the island. You'll also see the mainland where it is grassed up from the marsh towards well back on the mainland where a road is being put in, a pond dug and 20+ truck loads of fill waiting to be added to the road as needed.
