Since I've mainly used the fel I was completely green to the 3ph, but I think I'm starting to get it now. I built and have been using a draw bar on only the bottom arms, I welded tabs so it won't spin around. When towing things, especially my heavy fish/ski boat, the load would flop side to side sometime violently going in reverse. I never tightened the turnbuckles(don't have side supports)I left them loose so I could get the bar on and off easily. Now I understand why all the slop and flop. Thanks Fallon. So I should loosen the turnbuckles to hook/unhook implements, then tighten them to each implement's fit? Now I see what all the talk is about quick hitches. If I had/used more equipement it might be worth the expense, but not yet.
