Amber Warning light – This light advises caution. It will be accompanied by a warning symbol in the Dot Matrix Display. Stop the tractor and investigate the cause.

Another one with the same indicator but no answer from the OP as to what occured

I have read the manual and it doesn’t say anything unfortunately.

I have seen references to a single square display in the center of the dash, that can be programed

This is different shape.

The display has the little fuel pump icon with an exclamation mark, that's why I mentioned some sort of fuel related issue.

The gas pump with ! Would be lit and it means water in fuel
Page 50 of that manual, it doesn't look turned on
