Nice... Kit car or an origional repower?I still have the fuel injected 5.0 Cobra if I need to go fast in a straight line while the backend fish tails behind
Guy up town has an origional Shelby Mustang 500 KR Fastback I drool over all the time. White with blue racing stripes and black (ugh) interior. Hard to beat a 428 with dual quads. It's a poser but if I could, I'd incinerate the tires on it in 15 seconds... Has factory air as well. Same on that graced the back cover of Car and Driver way back when and I have the mag as well.
I like the Carroll Shelby ones but I prefer a 500 KR fastback.
Thought Carroll Shelby cars came with 289's?

Honestly, I'm not sure. I spins the tires in the first 3 gears if that helps.
I did get to toss it around a bit this afternoon. Literally throwing the wheel back into the spin while waiting for the rears to hook back up
Those open pipes with all those pops and bangs sound good, It's a hoot and a half.Got a couple of thumbs ups too

Nice looking car. I have an 01 Z3 3.0 Coupe. Has enough power to have fun, but not enough to be dangerous. I have a 550 that is fun... and dangerous, too much car for the area I live... thinking about selling the 550. Z3 is not going anywhere.
