( ...my trees are 7' apart in rows 7' apart on slight incline...Will look into GearMore. That is a brand we haven't heard about. Body width same as tractor is a plus. I should add that I will only mow with rough mower maybe once a month, so it's not as many as hours as once a week. On the lawn I would go with MMM.)

Click here to see GearMore. Once there, click on top right where it says "40", 48", 60", & 72" Width 20 to 40 H.P. Tractors". A PDF will download. Once you have it open, look at Model LG40. Though it says 20 hp min., my BX2200 handles sapplings with ease on this cutter.

If you have only weeds (no sapplings) in the Xmas tree area and will not take the new tractor into your areas that are steep with logs and stumps, then I think a BX2230 or the B7510 turf special could do o.k. with a 48", maybe even a 60" light duty rotary cutter.

Since these trees are in straight lines, you would not need the Super Steer I mentioned earlier on the New Holland compact Boomers.

I use a mulch kit on my 60" MMM. I have homemade dollies for all my implements, including the rough cutter and use little "Super Dollies" for the MMM. I don't even have to rotate the wheels on the MMM. When changing implements, the cars come out of the garage and implements roll up to the tractor with ease. Positional adjustments are done with a pinkie, so implement changing is a cakewalk. Let me know if you'd like more info. on mulching or dollies.

BryonBob, wish I could figure out how to send pics. The only thing I can figure out is e-mail them directly to you. Not too handy on computer, great on a mower!

Tom H, Thanks for the info. Will check the site out when I get a chance.
If we get a Kubota, it looks like the 2230 is the winner. A New Holland is suppose to be getting dropped off for me to try. Have hopes of a Kubota to try also. Starting to see hubby is starting to go bigger on me, but like someone said, It's me in the saddle!!
