Tractor is a JD 4300 4wd. I bought it with the house in May. When we looked a the place in February it was in the garage with a snow plow on it so I took the hint and got a decent price on it. Main uses are snow plowing the driveway, plowing my small garden, and hauling crap around. I have a front tire that keeps going flat - about 3-5 days. Both fronts are pretty worn so I am just going to put a new pair on. The tractor came with tire chains for the front. Current tires are 25x8.50-14.

What should I know before I get new tires? I don't need the best as the tractor will probably get less than 25 hours/year use but I also want decent grip for pushing snow. I also don't want to have to replace them from falling apart quickly.
What is a ballpark price for a pair of mounted 25x8.50-14 tires? I will pull them off the tractor and drop them off.
