If $ is tight I'd get the smaller tractor but with HST which you will LOVE. *Few people complain that their tractor is too powerful and gets the work done too fast.* The smaller tractor will probably do all you need done and the HST will make it easier to do.
I note the same loader is spec'd for both sizes of tractor. The smaller tractor will probably work the loader a bit slower (less hydraulic capacity) but still git 'er done.
If you are asking whether or not the larger tractor is overkill then I'd say surely not, it is not too much tractor. The smaller tractor is not too small for your needs. If the difference in $ is not a big issue, I'd get the larger tractor for the reason stated abouve between the "*" symbols, with HST.
I really think you will be happy with any of the tractors on the list but happier with a HST in either size tractor.
