We like to unwind and explore places. I loved the beaches on cape cod we stayed in Brewster they were not packed and low tide you could walk out into the bay for a mile. When we lived in NC we went to Topsoil Island.
This year we got a canoe because my daughter said she wanted to fish more then last year. I figured she is 6 and so we have a lot of canoe fishing trips planned this summer. I may do a camp/canoe trip with a buddy of mine just have to see if we can line out our weekends.
I am hoping next year to save up enough for a small tow behind camper and maybe do some longer trips/vacations.
I would love to do the national parks.
As far as Texas beaches are there any that are really laid back not crowded more fishing and family type beaches?
