What do you do with your Instant Pot you cant do with a crock pot?

Oh, Goulash was scrumptious. We used a couple cans of Rotel tomatoes so it had just a touch of heat.

Saw them in the Canadian Tire (last Minute) Flyer, 40% off, $139.00 (I think) CDN. Gonna buy a 30cm no stick pan, 85% off, at ten bucks or so.

Just sayin. A local Mennonite Buffet , I am pleased, has Broasted Chicken which is a licensed process of pressure cooked, deep fried southern style chicken. It's really the only reason I go there once in a while. I'm a bit curious is this Instant Pot will replicate that?

Yes sir, according to some Instant Pot recipes, you can broast chicken. Yum.
