What do you do with your Instant Pot you cant do with a crock pot?

I have goulash almost done.

Done, ate, was good.

I decided to do my ribs tonight rather than wait until Saturday. Going in.......


Finishing it off in the oven. This gave me a chance to use one of my cast iron griddles. Preheated it and got some sizzle before going in the oven.
