What do you guys think about this thumb for a Kubota BH90 Backhoe?

After getting a quote for $2,100 for a thumb by my Kubota dealer (by C&P Attachments)... I decided to go out and do some research on my own to find a thumb.

I have decided on this brand of thumb right here:

AIM ATTACHMENTS || QUALITY MACHINERY ATTACHMENTS

The pin releases easily, and can be moved into storage or 3 work positions, and it seems like a quality steel construction.

Saves me 1500 bucks.. can anyone think of a reason NOT to go with this?

Does your hoe have a factory pin mounts welded on the dipper? (that are currently unused)

There are no mounts... I need to weld a plate onto the stick!

Have you talked with the company to make sure their mounting plate will fit your backhoe dipper stick?

I put a similar mechanical thumb on my L39 and it has been immensely useful.
