What do you prefer to cook in?

the only ones I see that can function as a skillet/cover wouldn't be able to hold coals on top for traditional "oven" methods, right?

The set I got does not have a lip around the cover so holding coals would be problematic.

I have made a couple more batches of no kneed bread in the dutch oven I bought and it is working nicely.
