Finally got my fuel. 50 gallons of off road diesel.
My transfer pump is this guy: Fuelworks 1
57 8A 12V 15GPM Fuel Transfer Pump Kit with 14' Hose, Extensible Suction Tube and Manual Nozzle, Black: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific
It says 20a pump, but I was able to use an old 6a battery charger and it worked fine. Transfered the entire drum on the trailer to the drum in the garage. I need to come up with a better system for the hose though.
