Bought my TC18 with front end loader and mower deck brand new in 2001. It has a model 7106 loader. My 7106 Operators Manual states that it was designed to mount on the New Holland 1120, 1215, 1220, TC18, TC21 and TC21D tractors. Also, TractorData.com lists the 12LA loader as the loader that fits the TC18.
Can't help with NH loaders. My TC40D had a loader when I got it(factory loader, 17LA)
My old Kubota, I could not get a factory loader(was discontinued). So I went with a Bushhog loader. It worked great. Easy to detach. I got the loader in 2000. I know the folks that bought that tractor from me(I went to a lot bigger tractor). That Bushhog loader is still working great 14 years old now.
