I was one of the last posters and want to know if something I said killed the thread. Kind of ironic if Junk started a thread and I killed it. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Seems here lately that if Junk or I post to a thread it either goes away or dies a horrible death. Might it be the plaque?

Yup. It's covered in the FAQ at the top under forum rules and in the Terms of Service at the bottom.

How does one know that posting the picture is or is not allowed unless specifcally stated on the picture?

We cannot always know that something is copyrighted but in this particular case the source (snopes.com) was identified in the text.
