Birds are easily taken care of but rarely do transplanted nests work. More often than not they are abandoned. At least the birds won't disable the tractor. I've seen far more significant trouble from mice around tractors. They constantly want to build nests under my fuse panel in the MF2660 where I started leaving them rat poison meals. Rarely they have also chewed the wiring. On an older MH Pacer the mice seemed to prefer nest building on top of the head by the spark plugs. More than once I have heard friends who had serious electrical issues (and sometimes very expensive and hard to fix ones) from mice chewing insulation and wiring harnesses.
