What is a electric sleeve hitch?

I was looking at the attachment page of a Cub brochure. What types of attachments uses this? Is it different from a 3 point hitch that is used for a plow or a brush hog?
I was looking at the pics in the "Plow Days" post from a while back. I thought it was kinda neat.

Yup, it's a bit different than a typical 3 point hitch - but, there's a variety of single point attachments (plows, rakes, discs, etc.) availble.. just Google for such. .
Some of the elect sleeve hitch kits can get a bit pricey, but here's a link to a typical setup that gives some good info:

I purchased the Cub Cadet electric sleeve hitch same time I purchased my 2554. Quite pricey at almost $1,000 (in Dec 2005). Dealer installed for me. Switch on the dash board raises/lowers the hitch. Not a lot of range to the up/down motion, but not a lot needed IMO. The electric switch sure beats manually raising/lowering an attachment.
