What is better than a kubota GR2120?

Possibly looking to replace my 2017 GR2120 with 600 hours. Wondering what else is out there in the mower category that has the 4WD and steering features (not gouging the lawn on tight turns) of the GR2120.
Mow about 3.5 acres some areas with steep hills which is where the 4WD is handy when the grass is wet or damp.
Also have a larger B3200 for the bigger jobs. Total Acreage is 5.5

John Deere makes some 4 wheel drive riding mowers. Have you thought about a Kubota BX or 1 series JD or similar. They are very common used also.

Thought about the bx but the 4wd has to be disengaged on turns and also concerned about the weight.
I like a D/A had graduated up to the b3200 and was using it until I finally figured out it was to heavy and taking it's toll on the lawn especially in the summer months. So that's how the Gr2120 came along. The lawn responded to the GR but I'm concerned with the longevity as it does not seem to be as well built and some ( mostly earlier) units have had issues mainly with the HS

Looked at the Deere's and 17K with a low trade offer was just out of budget.
So I traded for a new 2025 GR for ~ 5500 difference.
hoping they have all the kinks out of the HS as they've had plenty of time to do so

If all you're using it for is mowing, you might consider a Cub Cadet ZTXS series zero turn. They have steering wheel controlled front wheels and work great on hills. Plus, it is a true zero turn mower.

Scalping on tight turns is usually a symptom of incorrect gage wheel settings.

If you turn around slowly, and learn your machine, you can remove about 98% of any tearing on turns with a zero turn. On really wet days, well you can only do so much on hills I've found. But you are just mowing your own lawn, so there never should be a wet day mow. Just get a regular mower and take your time.

You're mowing 3.5 acres with a garden tractor and a 54" deck? I think you just described cruel and inhumane punishment.
