What is going on with Markham Welding

Well, I did get a call back this morning and it is all ordered and will be expecting it by next friday. As so many people said it was a great deal and very nice people to deal with. Had a nice chat and found out that she did have some surgery and is trying to take some time off and recuperate.
Although I am left a little confused about what else I need. Seeing as they do not make a mount for the kioti kl120 yet I think that it will be coming with a skid steer style mount. So I think that i need to order the plate that Wallace makes, maybe BJN644 can answer this, as I think he has the same loader.

I too ordered a 48" from Markham today. Didn't know Melissa had surgery, she wasn't there when I placed the order. Mine should be here next Friday as well...looks like my grapple is gonna beat my tractor here

Paid for mine last Monday. They shipped it this Monday. Got it yesterday.

Since this is the Kioti section, how are you all attaching these grapples to your loaders? DO you already have a QA plate out front or are can Markham put the proper mounts on the grapple. I have wanted a grapple for a long time.

Now I am ticked off. I finally got ahold of them on 4/16 right after I posted here. I talked to someone that could not answer my questions but said that she or Melissa would call me back. My questions were simple..."do you have the right credit card number, if not here is the right one, and what is the status of my order?" No call back yet a week later. This is not even remotely close to good customer service. Hopefully their product, if I ever get it, is better than the service.

it is a very nice piece of equipment , it has 8 teeth on it and was at my house quickly. and it was only $235 + $35 shipping highly recommend this product, they also sell on ebay but its a few $ more. Good Luck. P.S. THEY show how it works on there site in detail.

Markham has been very reliable over the past several years. Not sure what is going on right now but I wouldn't say it is time to jump ship.

Buying local would be nice but there is virtually no local manufacturer of grapples/toothbars etc that can come anywhere near Markham on price. Local dealers mostly sell stuff from ATI and WR Long which is much more expensive and the same quality as Markham.

I presume you are talking about a toothbar. Other posts are on the grapple.

I think I might be in trouble. I ordered a light duty grapple the 3rd week of April. Melissa took my order and said a week. I called and e mailed, Melissa said she had no record of my order. I reordered the grapple. No email response, voice mail is full and they have charged my credit card twice...$1023 on 4/28 and $900 on5/11. If this thing shows up with JD QA and Pioneer couplers I'll be amazed. This is no way to run a business. Ken
