I believe it is a light. Orange in color and 1/4 inch diameter. It no longer works. Its located just above the fuel gage/ temperature gage and centered between them. The guts of this light unit (behind the dash) is contained in a plastic casing about one inch by one quarter inch with 3 metal leads on it, with only 2 wires connected to it. Hard to read, but one wire is in the middle lead and the other wire on the end where I can only make out a "v". The "ground" lead is not connected. My downloaded manual does not show it. Does anyone know its function? Maybe unnecessary? Doesn't seem to affect tractor operation or any other factory lights. Appears the earlier owner may have tried to draw power from this unit for a work light added years later. No power coming from it. Any info much appreciated. Thanks
