What is the weight of a Mahindra 6000 2WD with a loader??

My Mahindra 5525 weighs about 5000 lb. Add another 1500 lb for the 6-ft loader. If the rear tires (13.6 x 28 size) are loaded with liquid (75% fill), add about 400 lb per tire for Rimguard (beet juice), 300 per tire for calcium chloride and 250 lb for straight water.

I'd be looking for a twin axle flatbed trailer with 7500 lb GVWR for unloaded tires and 10,000 lb GVWR if the tires are loaded.

Don't forget the weight of the trailer has to be included with the GVWR....sooo, I'd say a min. 10K lbs GVWR as the trailer will likely weigh 1500 to 1 ton...(my 24ft GN rated at 14K, weights 4500 lbs empty...Oh and you may want to someday put a 6 or 7 foot brush hog behind it as well ...BobG in VA

I'd say that 1500-2000lbs is a bit low for a 10k trailer. Probabally more like 3k+

And if you plan on hauling any implements, a 20' trailer wont work. The tractor is 12' long. add another 8' for a 7' bushhog and tailwheel, and add another 4 or so for the loader and you are at 23' right their.

Why not hook the tractor up in its longest configuration and measure it? And is this a one time haul? are you renting a trailer or buying? because I think 10k may even be a tad low. Take 3k out for trailer weight and you are at a 7k limit. If you run 1000lb tongue weight that puts you back to 8k limit.

Tractor is 5k, loader WITH bucket is probabally 1500, IF you have loaded tires, add another 1500, and if you have a sizable rotary cutter, another 1500 and you are at 9500lbs pretty quickly.

If you are just renting for a one time move and dont have loaded tires or planning on a heavy cutter, 10k should work. But if buying for long term, plan ahead.

More imoprtantly than the trailer at this point, is that you have truck to tow and stop the trailer. With what you want, you are well out of 1/2-ton range.
