Hard to tell from the pics....but.....It may be a bracket to convert an old 2 point lift (like an allis or ?) to a 3 point lift. Not sure....
Remember......in time gone by, about the only tractors with 3 point were Fords and Ferguson. When you made a brand choice....that oftentimes also determined who's implements you were going to buy. This was one of the reasons for brand loyalty.
