I would. If you notice levels going down, then you can have the leak addressed by the dealer. A few wet spots is not important, especially when you are talking about splitting the tractor in half to put new seals in. Once the tractor gets broke in, then see what leaks.... I doubt if a wet spot would be a warrantee issue with Mahindra, anyway. A real leak would, though... You should check your fluid levels and make sure nothing is overfilled, too. That could be your problem.
