What is this mystery tractor and where is it ?

It's not really a ladder even though it's being used as one. It's a pair of aluminium ramps used to get the tractor in the pit. And used as a ladder to get out of there.

The fact that it says Yanmar, could be just coincidence. They do make all kinds of machines for various brands so it's hard to tell the real reason.

I think the OP photo-shopped that Yanmar in there just to confuse us.....tricky!

Its new emission testing, they are spraying the urea on the outside of the tractor so the soot doesn't stick.

Yes sir! Even though it's made of aluminium, it can handle a lot of weight while being really light weight.

And those are the thick ones. Judging by the size, I believe those can handle up to 10000/11000 lbs for the pair.

It's quite common here. A bit expensive but it's worth it, I mean you can easily lift the ramp with one hand. It goes for around 1200$ to 1500$ for a set of ramps that can handle 10000 lbs.

Its more likely that the ramps are being used by the test technicians to access the cab during the spray test. The pit probably has a ramp to the front of the tractor to access the test area shown in the photo. You wouldn't design a test pit like that without planning a better access to it than portable ramps.

I am not surpised about this "Yanmar ramp because Kukje machinery does make tractors for Yanmar.

Actually - its an unbranded tractor in a typical afternoon rain storm in SE Florida.
