You have 2 pans out there already. Put cat food in one, and corn in the other one. If the cat food disappears, it's a cat. If both tins are emptied, you have a pig. If both are empty, and the aluminum tin is eaten too, you have a goat.

That assumes that one animal is the only thing to feed there. If there are coons they'll eat anything.

You have taken the camera away from the pans. If the camera is still on pans it will capture photos of whatever is eating said food from pans.

thanks for the looks at the pic! Looks like about 50/50 as to a cat or pig. I can see everyone's points but still im not convinced which drives me crazy!

The pans are out on the back of our land about 2 acres away from the house, wife throws the food scraps back there fairly often as she likes to have the game camera take pics to see whats coming around and she has came up with some amazing pics over the last couple months, mainly foxes, raccoons, opossums and a few coyotes. Strange thing is some pics where all species are eating out of the pan together at the same time which i thought would never occur.

believe it or not that camera usually really takes some nice sharp pics, even in the dark, but not this pic :mur:

Looks like a cat to me with a white rear paw, the laminated part I think is the eyes as it's quickly turning its head, the body looks more like a pig but legs look like a cat.

But I agree with comancheflight it's most deff Bigfoot based on quality of pic.

To settle it this is a house cat by the fur. I have a cat that we first thought was a maine coon but it was just a huge house cat. I have one
