On of my own personal ones I made up is "I was a sailor and a sergent, I can drink, I can cuss, and I can fight. Not necessarily in that order..."
I just asked my wife what are some things I commonly say that maybe the girls will repeat later in life and she said "RIGHT NOW" and "KNOCK IT OFF" and "Turn out the lights when you leave the room"...
