What kind of dogs do you own?

We have 5, it sort of happened. The last one just showed up in the yard, and my wife fell in love. BUT...this one is my buddy. Where I go this blue heeler tries to always be at my heels. Boots.

Belgian Malinois as a guard dog, they stand their ground and super fast recall and anything. Purely blazing fast, do it all kind, except cuddling.

DDR German Shepherd, just another play dog, will leak everyone to death, scary and intimidating looking dog.

Mix of the two, the perfect dog, will mark suspicious people and track them but once accepted he calms down, super obedient, athletic and quick to learn. I might say very handsome guy, mahogany red coat.

I know I already posted, but I'm just amazed how good ours are with our granddaughter. They take whatever she dishes out and just love her. When she plays in the pool, they are rotating life guards, monitoring her every move.

Every pack needs a puppy.

I have to agree with that. Our Maremma would have nothing to do with the new Pug but the Pug kept working on him and ignoring the growls. This went on for several months and the Pug was persistent. Now the Maremma accepts the little Pug and he is part of the team of 3.

The red one (grey now) is a 12 year old mix we think basenji and rat/fox terrier or amstaff. We got her when she was a year old in Nc. I wanted a running buddy for shelly lake and we had a dog size restriction in our apt, otherwise it would have been a greyhound. Shes a good dog, not the best I have had not the worse. Shes smart, and if she uses her powers for good shes loveable if shes using her jedi powers to escape then you want to strangle her. Her barks sound like a turkey, in fact she has called gobblers into our yard during turkey season. Her name is Arizona(she had it when we got her). Zona is the dog to watch, she is a dirty fighter (when playing with our other one) and is strong. She will run for 12+ hours when escaping, she just loves to run. Its amazing watching her run, its what she is made for.

The black one Sedona (to go with Arizona, and she kind of looks a bit like the land around Sedona), is now named Shebby. My little one couldnt say Sedona and calls her Shebby so its stuck. The dog, if she was down south people would say about her "Bless her heart". Shes got a big heart but a thick skull. I think its a lot of the chow in her. She loves my little girl. On top of that she is an amazing mouser, ratter, and just reciently helped tag team a groundhog. She really does watch out for us, but bless her heart shes Shebby.
