What kind of harrow

Continuing from an earlier thread about how easiest to remove thatch in a large yard, a neighbor loaned me this harrow which (if it had all of its tines) would do a good job. What kind of harrow is it? Mike S.

I'm not sure what you'd call it, but it looks like a combination of spring and spike harrow teeth. I don't know what the advantages would be. 69+++++++
