My wife works in a pharmacy and says it looks like a calcium pill...

It looks like my wife's calcium with vitamin D except wrong color. Her pills are a shade of white instead of tan. And of course, it looks like my Centrum Silver, except the Centrum Silvers are a light gray.

In my experience, tablets like this without any writing or imprints, in general are over-the-counter meds (of course, I do follow the maxim that one should "always remember to never say 'always' or 'never'".) We use an on-line reference called Micromedex that has a tablet identification section - I couldn't find any matching yours.
