I sent the photos to my dealer and he offered to replace the seal while I waited. I'll take it down in a week or two and have reworked. It is under warranty.
Thanks for the feedback. I will try and blow of the dirt after a days use. Good idea.
And I measured carefully when I replaced the SUDT at 50 hrs...I think it was 6 qts and I did fill it according to the owners manual, but it could still be too much hyd fluid. I'll check on that.
According to my dealer, he said that he had a couple of other seals that did the same thing and a simple replacement took care of the problem.
