well Henro Igot one for ya a guy in Mass. was selling a chevy tracker or maybee a side kick with a front end loader! the boom went back to the back bumper. a local equipment dealer sold him the bucket, he is a welder who was in need of a challange? tractor or just /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

After WWII there was a rush for manufacturers to offer vehicles that could service as farm tractors for returning vets. I have seen Jeeps and Power Wagons set up for mowing or plowing....

Henro, what ever the law says a tractor is, than that is a tractor.
OH LOOK here is a quote from the TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE HANDBOOK - TRANSPORTATION CODE -DEFINITIONS "(5) - "FARM TRACTOR" MEANS A MOTOR VEHICLE DESIGNED AND USED PRIMARILY AS A FARM IMPLEMENT FOR DRAWING OTHER IMPLEMENTS OF HUSBANDRY."
