Have no idea the brand but I will be third to recommend Agri Supply. Those look like standard "dished" depth blades but there are some deeper dished blades, just pick them up by mistake. You could have a full inch or near two worn off those blades. Think the blades there are India and Brazil, but have not bought any in at least two years. On bearings you may find China, Japan and US made bearings. I have not had good life with the China bearings. I was having issues with bearings not lasting and my friend who has tractor garage told me to loosen the axle support, tighten the axle and then re-tighten the supports. As to socket and cheater bar, I greatly prefer large impact wrench. If you use manual wrenches you have to at least have the disk in the dirt to loosen and tighten the axles. I do like to let the gangs of blades on the ground and remove the clamps or bolts holding the axle in place and then lift the disk so the blades are not allowed to drop only to find your foot under a blade or some less serious issue.
