I really do appreciate the information. This old disc has seen better days, but I still use it for my food plots. The front gangs are toast and need to be restored. Again, Thanks for the feedback

It looks to be an old economy model disc, with limited adjustment options.
Perhaps you might consider a new replacement, although if it gets very limited use...maybe not.

I can’t add much. ^^^” “what everyone else said” except that hitch used for weight might be worth more to some individuals that the disc itself.

I totally agree, but a new one is out of my budget right now. I will try to made this last for a few more seasons and get a new one like a "King Kutter". Thanks again.

There are few proprietary wear parts on Disc Harrows, one of the oldest implements.

If you carefully measure original parts almost any Disc Harrow replacement can be found at Agri Supply.

Taking apart old, rusty, dusty, banged up harrows can be a bear of a job. You will need a socket cheater pipe, long wrenches, Kroil or Blaster solvent and heat for sure.

LINK: Disc & Tillage | Agri Supply

I would omit the cheater pipe and long wrenches!
Substitute: Air compressor. 3/4 impact wrench, and impact sockets.

Thanks,
I have most of the tools that I will need to fix the issue. Just a matter of getting the parts and my hands dirty.

I see no reason to consider replacing the disc. You won't use the new one any more than you are currently using this one. Can't imagine that purchase would every pay for itself.

I see nothing major wrong with the disc blades. Even if one is broken. After all you are just discing food plots. The wildlife won't care. :)

Only reason I would tear it apart and do repairs would be a failed bearing.

Richard,
This is the primary issue why I am working on the disc. I have a bearing that is bad on each gang. I know that it will take some time to resolve and I totally agree that I don't need a new disc for what I do. I was just wondering if someone knew what model of disc this is so I can order parts. Thanks for the advice

I got bearings for my disc at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. They simply measured them and ordered the correct size. As others have said, they are pretty standard stuff.

Let us know how the repair goes!!!

Welcome to TBN.

I remember one set of discs we had (Made In England) didn’t use manufactured bearing assembles. Just two cast pieces with a grease nipple. No easy off the shelf fixes for those.
