At our last place, I mowed the neighbors ditches when I did mine. He had two knee replacements and it was getting to be too much for him.
Our current place, neighbor behind us can borrow my fork attachments for the tractor if he's getting something delivered that's too much to unload and move by hand.
This was after I saw him out in the road backed up to a FedEx tractor trailer with his truck sliding something into the bed.
He later came down and asked if I could help him get it out of the back of his truck

Thete is cattle across the street. Guy who has the cattle operation had someone steeling chains, binders, etc.... off his trailer that was parked out there.
Well.... three months later he had to leave his trailer out there. I have a direct view of his gate and his trailer.
One night I heard a truck out there, so I grabbed my German shepherd and went for a walk.
There were three guys out there with their truck running. I walked up, snapped a photo of their license plate and sent it to the owner of the cattle and trailer.
Said "Hi" to the guys stealing, and asked if they found anything good. And if it was really worth it since their license plate number was probably already being run by the sheriff's department

Owner of the trailer and cattle found his chains, straps and binders strung out between the trailer and the gate

He got injured recently, so he had his son stop by and introduce himself and give me his phone number. So if I see any issues, I could let him know.
