Science is constantly manipulated by those with an agenda.

Unless it is a “hard” science like mathematics, engineering, physics etc...keep questioning “the science”. Be it global warming, the coming ice age, the path of hurricanes, the forecast for the weekend, do masks work, etc etc.

It has become the mantra to control the sheeple.....

Most of the “science” is best guess at best.

I can tell you from first hand experience even the "hard" sciences get manipulated too (e.g. selective data collection/interpretation). Usually happens when engineering efforts are managed/lead by non-technical individuals (to include some with technical degrees) with more interest in getting things done as fast and cheaply as possible and there are engineers/managers who are also more inclined to play politics and tell those in charge what they want to hear rather than reality.....

The Boeing 737 MAX fiasco being one of those highly visible publicly known incidents ..... along with many automotive recalls, the space shuttle losses, etc.

Actually the list of engineering disasters can get rather long and extensive if a person goes looking and studying all the various ways humans have learned (or not learned from the first several incidents in some cases) to fail....

Reality is real, science is a process, and all engineering is based upon models of what has been observed ....... and to my knowledge humans haven't observed all of reality so there are still things that can and will become backside biters even when due diligence is done ...and even more so when it's not. ...and from some of the studies I've seen about how many published studies/papers haven't been validated or aren't repeatable it'd seem there's a whole lot of BS being passed off as "Science" (the religion) that's "heretical" to question..... :mur:
