What paint do you recommend for my bathroom, Humidity is high.

Is there any chance of putting in a powered vent? That would be your best choice. As far as paint goes, look at one of the epoxy based paints or go with a waterproof primer such as BEHR, Watertite or Rust-Oleum, then paint with a good quality semi or gloss over that. But my first choice would be to get a powered vent in the room.

After the law was changed on how paint had to be made, the paint companies came out with a sales gimmick saying the primer was built into the paint. People fell for it and tried to paint without primer. It took twice as much paint, or more to do the job, so the paint companies sold more paint!!!! Nothing replaced good primer. .

Good ventilation with a timer to shut off later is also very important. Another thing, get the family out of the long hot shower mode. When I married my wife, she took hot showers until the tank ran out. For years I tried to get her out of that habit and couldn't. I eventually reduced the size of the tank and lowered the temperature in it to solve the problem. It wasn't popular but now she takes reasonably long showers even though we moved and have a larger tank.

I used Kilz about ten years ago on the ceiling and haven't had any mold or mildew since.

I use the Zinsser primer on everything, cannot be beat. For paint in bathrooms the best I have used is Benjamin Moore Aura for Bath and Spa. It is resistant to high humidity and has a matte finish rather than semi gloss.

As several have said exterior paint works well in the bathroom.
Zinser paint primers work great. They make different grades but the 123 type is easy to use and will work for most situations and can be tinted to match your finish paint usually (or very close to it). Box stores will often say it can not but it can. Sherwin Williams and other pro shops do it easily. This tip can easily save a whole coat of finsih paint .
Power vents with built in humidity sensor are pretty common now and can be set to come on automatically as well as the normal switch activation. We use them in rental property a lot to save on the mold issues from careless renters.
Keep in mind cheap paint does not save you money in the long run.
