What part is this? (1999 F250 7.3 Diesel)

It's mounted on the inside of the passenger side front fender, about half way front to back of the engine compartment. Looks like it lost some tubing.

Looks like the vacuum pump for front hubs, etc

Still wondering if that white nipple is for tubing. Mine doesn't seem to be as dirty as its surroundings, as though it recently had tubing on it.

It’s a vacuum pump that works the heat/air conditioning controls and if your truck has power locking hubs it does that.

nothing missing, that's how it looks, only hose on the white piece is the one coming off the side of it
