Thinking of selling my 2000 TC18 with attachments. I'm not sure what a fair price would be. What do you think?

2000 TC18 excellent condition, 510 hours, 4wd, Hydro, cruise, rear remote hydraulics.
Howard 50 inch rotovator in excellent condition (painted NH blue)
Bush Hog 1846QT quick attach loader added in June 03' with 48 inch bucket, excellent condition
John Deere 261 60 inch rear finish mower, good condition
Old (20 years?) home-made log splitter with three point frame that attaches to remote hydraulics, works great, built from galvanized I beam, 5x24 ram

I was thinking in the 10k to 12k range. Too much? Not enough? Thanx in advance for any comments.

Last summer, I sold my 1999 NH TC18 hydro, no power steering, Woods 60" 3 pt. finish mower, Woods 48" rotary mower, Woods 60" rear blade, King Kutter rear scoop, to my selling dealer for $9,500. I was going through a divorce and didn't want to mess with selling it, plus, based on what I paid for it (he gave me a great deal) I thought it was a fair price.
Hope this helps!
I'm in south central Michigan.
